What account type can I have

Paymentz provides private (multi-currency) and business (multi-currency) accounts.

What are the reasons of refunding or rejecting a payment order:

Beneficiary party has a match in sanctions/PEP lists

Amount is over outgoing daily/monthly limits

Due to compliance reasons, we do not authorize payment to go through.

Can I have 2 or more accounts

Yes, it is allowed to have 2 and more accounts. You can add new account via web or mobile app in just one click. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Open new account”.

Account currencies

Paymentz provides its clients with accounts in EUR and GBP currencies.

However, outgoing transactions can also be done from the list of the following currencies:

AUD, CAD SGD, HKD, NZD, USD, JPY CHF, NOK, DKK, SEK, HUF, CZK, RON, PLN, HRK

How can I close my Paymentz account?

Closing of an account can be performed via messages in your web or mobile portal by contacting your manager.

Note: In case there is any debt, the account cannot be closed until debt is paid.
